We first met with Larry O. when he came out to discuss purchasing their system. He explained the system throughly to us. When the time came for the install Daniel D. and Mark H. installed the wiring and cameras. They set everything up and wired the system to a monitor. They went through the install app on our smartphones with us also. They were very professional, knowledgeable and informative with the way they conducted themselves. They were attentive to detail and made sure everything, (furniture, etc.) was put back the way they found it. I have been a customer of Security Alarm for several years. They installed and have maintained a burglar alarm at our residence and farm buildings. In mid-August, 2019, we had inside, electronic damage due to a lightning strike. Even with the difficulties of diagnosing/repairing our burglar alarm after lightning damage, Security Alarm stayed with the job to see the project through. When repair difficulties arose, Security Alarm sent their most-experienced alarm technician at no charge to figure out what was still wrong. After a very long Friday, Jim found the problem, made the repair, programmed the main panel, and tested every component of the alarm system. Now, everything is working correctly. I really appreciated Security Alarm's fair handling of the repair and their honesty exemplified through not charging me for unproductive time when, for whatever reason, they were not able to correctly diagnose the problem (the problem was ultimately a defective new, out-of-the-box part that they replaced). They listened to my concerns and acted accordingly.

I’m kinda leery about using this place, as I’ve reported their drivers doing 40-50 down a residential 25 MPH street. They stopped coming down for a while, but are, yet again, doing 40-60 down the street. If they don’t care about the safety of children playing, then I’m not sure how much they care about the safety of your home.

My house had a 30 year old hardwired alarm system obsolete and inoperative.A salesman came and put together a basic plan for us that was within my budget.the installer came out and installed an upgrade kit under the existing alarm system it came in right on budget exactly what we expected to pay .simple basic alarm works very well and the cost does not break the bank.I have not had to use the response services have not tripped the alarm yet so I cannot comment and how well they respond and how it actually works when the alarm goes off but everything else about it right now is excellent.
