I have owned a security system for my personal residence for a number of years. From the installation to the follow up, the experience has been nothing short of a fantastic. We have Security Alarm here at the church. We are well pleased with them. We do not have any issues with their security company. Once in a blue moon, there may be a technical issue. A simple phone call and they resolve the issue.

We like Security Alarm, we have had very little problems and what we did have they fixed. The only problem we have is when we travel, we have trouble seeing our cameras on our computer, could be the computer though and we can see them on our phones with no problem. Thanks, Larry

I have been dealing with Lowitt Alarms Security Alarms since 1997, I an very satisfied with there service, I had a problem 4/5/24, I could not shut off the alarm, after calling Lowitt and following directions I was not able to shut off the alarm, I was told that the next appointment for repair would be tomorrow, I explained the we are seniors and please see what you can do, Linda, was able to made some adjustments and a repair person came to our home at 4Pm and put a new battery and radio, I highly recommend Lowitt Alarms to any one who is shopping for a Security System

The technicians (Curtis and Jeff) arrived as scheduled, had the installation diagrams as discussed with Larry during the sales presentation and immediately began working on the planned installation. These gents came prepared with proper tooling, equipment and most impressive was a strong desire to satisfy the customer. The install was timely, they ensured their quality of work was satisfactory and cleaned up their work areas after the system functionality was verified. Great technicians!

Security Alarm handles our security at the office. They have always been on top of things if we have an alarm go off. I have set it off on accident and they are quick to call and check on me. very professional and anytime I call with a question or problem it is taken care of immediately.

I called Security Alarm to check on cameras for outside since we had used them in our Ag business for years. The process to get lined up was simple and Larry was very thorough in explaining everything. They were out in just a few days to install them. Both guys were very friendly and professional. It didn't take long to install and I know they probably had wiring issues to deal with. They did a great job and the cameras show exactly where I wanted them. I am very pleased with the service and products installed.

The technician was fast, professional, and courteous. This company always seems to take good care of us.

We first met with Larry O. when he came out to discuss purchasing their system. He explained the system throughly to us. When the time came for the install Daniel D. and Mark H. installed the wiring and cameras. They set everything up and wired the system to a monitor. They went through the install app on our smartphones with us also. They were very professional, knowledgeable and informative with the way they conducted themselves. They were attentive to detail and made sure everything, (furniture, etc.) was put back the way they found it. Daniel D. came back the next day to follow up with us concerning any questions we may have had. Good experience with this Company as of this writing.
